MISTER D’AVERSA DOPO CARPI-PARMA 2-1: “INCIDENTE DI PERCORSO CHE DOBBIAMO ACCANTONARE”

After the defeat against Carpi, coach Roberto D’Aversa has met journalists in the Stadium Cabassi press room:

“We’ve done a good match in the first half, analyzing our way of playing, despite they scored two goals. We stayed solid on the pitch and we tried to search for the draw, but in the second half Carpi defended very well even if we had some chances to score our second goal”.

“The difference has been made by the will to get the best result and they had it more than us. We knew Carpi’s charateristics and also the referee let them play a rough match, so our opponents did it in the best way in a championship like Serie B you have also to fight to get a win, and to face teams that plays rough. We’ve started the match in a good way, maybe we felt a bit “relaxed” after the chances we created in the beginning”.

“We’re sorry for the two goals , because we really conceded them to score. This represents an incident that we want to forget, we’re sorry, we wanted to get a better result  even for our many fans here today”.
